What we hold, why — and what we will never hold.
The short version. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you join the launch list or write to us, we hold your email address for that purpose and nothing else. Inside the Consulti app, no record links any person to any response — not hidden, not encrypted, nonexistent.
Who we are
Consulti is a product of Consulti Ltd, a company registered in England, which is the data controller for the information described here. The software is developed and published by Wootten Consulting Company Ltd. You can reach us through the contact line on the home page.
This website
consulti.co sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, whose servers receive the standard technical request data involved in serving a file. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and operations.
The launch list
If you add your email to the launch list, we hold it to tell you when Consulti reaches the App Store, with occasional notes on the build — and for nothing else. The lawful basis is your consent. We never share, sell, or lend addresses to anyone. You can leave the list at any time by replying to any message or contacting us, and we'll delete your address.
When you contact us
If you email us, we hold your message and address for as long as needed to deal with it and to keep a sensible record of the correspondence.
The Consulti app
The app has its own, fuller privacy notice presented within it and on the App Store. Its defining principle is stated here because it defines us: responses given through Consulti's daily pulse are anonymous by architecture. Identity and answer are separated at the moment of arrival and no record anywhere joins them. Aggregate signals exist; who said what does not — not to your employer, not to us, and not to anyone who might ask us.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Given how little we hold, most requests take one short email.
